MCCrescendo is a boutique management-consulting firm offering support mainly to mid-sized Italian companies in the identification of new business opportunities, the definition and implementation of growth strategies, and the optimization of their overall performance. We go beyond the traditional concept of consulting and aim at creating a real partnership with our clients in order to achieve tangible goals together, combining a rigorous methodological approach with strong pragmatism. Our team covers a wide spectrum of skills & competences and has amassed a deep market knowledge based on our 20 years of experience.

We are currently looking for a passionate and proactive business analyst/consultant to bring sustainable value to our projects in our Food & Beverage, Hospitality and SME areas. The candidate will hold a relevant role within the internal team and towards clients and would have the possibility to develop its own commercial skills backed-up by our network of contacts.

Key responsibilities

Conceive and construct business analysis and models to back-bone our recommendations and to build value added solutions for our clients

Create and continuously improve quantitative analysis to be used by clients. Raw data could include, among others, balance sheets, business plans and sales databases

Manage everyday relationship with our clients on on-going projects with a high degree of autonomy

Create powerful presentations to guide clients in their decision-making at an executive level

Actively collaborate with senior and junior colleagues and with peers, contributing to the overall team’s growth, promoting internal best-practices and a results-driven mindset

What we are looking for:

Autonomous, self-driven and curious candidate

Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities, a critical eye

Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, interpersonal skills and team-work abilities A high degree of creativity, open-minded approach and “out-of-the-box” thinking

An entrepreneurial and commercial drive, “can-do” attitude

Requirements:

High level of academic achievement in business management or engineering degrees

Final or expected final mark of 105/110 minimum

Excellent use of Microsoft Excel and Access (dashboards, performance management, etc.) and professional use of Microsoft Powerpoint

High level of written and spoken English

Visual Basic, SQL and PHP are considered a plus
