For our Contract Manufacturing Services Europe (CMSE) team, managing all third part services for production in EMEA, we are looking for a

FINANCE TRAINEE (ref. FIN)

As a member of the Finance and Costing team in Arese, this position is responsible for providing financial support to Contract Manufacturing Financial Analyst and Costing Lead.

The key accountabilities and activities will include :

 Month end Account closing and reconciliation
 Assist on costing tasks preparation for FY13 Standard Setting
 Contract Manufacturing Variance analysis
 Support in Trial Balance Reconciliation of accounts
 Preparation of Month and Year end accruals and adjustment
 Month and Year end reporting package, variance analysis and commentary
 Work on improving contingent liabilities within supply chain supporting Finance and accounting department
 Ad hoc project support (Return on Investment modelling, make or buy decision)

The ideal candidate has an excellent business administration study background; fluency in English language and excel knowledge; cooperative work-style and team spirit, ability to deal with complexity and manage ambiguity, attention to detail, flexibility and interest for an international career.
