Position: Management Assistant

Host company profile: This is a logistics company.

Location: Cork, Ireland

Date: The internship is immediately available for 4-6 months

The responsibilities:

The role is Operations related and the main responsibilities will be (working closely with a manager):

-         Preparing the vessel / ship arrivals

-         Running a number of daily/weekly/monthly reports

-         Giving customers accurate delivery dates

-         Dealing with clients queries both on the phone and through email

-         General admin duties

Profile:

-To have a good level of English

-To be dynamic and organized

-To be a good team player

-To be flexible

-To be self motivated

-To have good communication skills

Remuneration:  150 € / week

Please note the service of finding you a suitable internship is payable.  Our service includes matching your profile with the company in Ireland where you will do your internship. We will also be advising you on finding a suitable accommodation if needed and with your integration in Ireland. Furthermore we will monitor your progress with the company during your internship and assist you with any issues that might arise.
