• Educational aims
The purpose of the course is to equip students with the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to manage human resources effectively in organizations.
This course provides an overview of basic human resource management functions: recruitment, total rewards, compensation and benefits, training and development, and organizational behavior.
This course examines how human resource managers promote the company's goals through Human Resource Development (HRD).

• Teaching methods
Different teaching tools will be used:
a) traditional lessons in class;
b) case studies, where the theories are presented in real business situations;
c) guest speakers.
The course is interactive and may involve carrying out simulations, guest speakers, real case studies discussions and group assignments.
