Obiettivi formativi
This module main aim is to present the principal theoretical themes of cultural anthropology. At the end of the module, students have to be able to recognize the main theoretical categories and metodologies for fieldwork and archive research.

Contenuto del corso
The module is divided in two parts. The first part provides an introduction to anthropological theory and ethnography of Italy. In particular, reinvention of traditions, and retrieval and preservation of folk cultural heritage are read as a resource for coping with present social complexity. The second part tackles the theoretical and methodological anthropological elements that are determinant for the construction and access to new touristic places. Moreover cultural tangible and intangible heritages are read as resources for the definition of leisure time.
