Educational aims
The course will deal with general topics in English grammar, with the main focus being on the business/economics environment.
Content of the course
More specifically, the following grammatical topics will be reviewed:
• Articles/determiners
• Verb tenses – Present/Past/Future
• Adjectives/Comparatives/Superlatives/Adverbs
• Modal verbs
• Question formation
• Conditional forms
• Passives
• Prepositions
In addition the use of business vocabulary will be covered.

Examination
The final exam will consist of an oral examination in order to evaluate the acquired English as a result of the course. Students will be required comment on and discuss a brief text or extract of a text available from the teacher's notes analysed in the lessons.
For those students who are unable to attend the course an additional text, as proposed by the teacher, will require comment and discussion during the examination.
