Aims
The course aims at teaching to our students the basic institutions and structures of the Italian private law.
Contents
The course will address the basic legal institutions of Italian civil code, with the exception of Book V of the code (commercial law; labor and industrial law).
Teaching materials
One of :
Roppo, Diritto privato, Giappichelli, Torino.
Trimarchi, Istituzioni di diritto privato, Giuffré, Milano.
Each student should have a recent edition of the civil code.
Prerequisites
None.
Attendance to classes
Attendance to lectures is not compulsory.
Exam
For the students that regularly attend lectures, a mid term exam will be provided.
The final exam will be an oral exam for all students.
